Customers will be notified 24 hours before any planned power cut. Notices will be posted at the entrances of affected buildings, detailing the expected start and end times of the outage.
To keep you posted on updates at all times and from anywhere, we encourage you to subscribe to our complimentary SMS and/or email alert service in the Customer Area. This service will provide you with advance notifications about the dates and start/end times of scheduled power interruptions and incidents.
If you are going to be affected by a planned maintenance or repair job, find out what to do in the event of a scheduled outage.
