In compliance with legal regulations, i-DE makes available to marketers an FTP server enabled for this purpose, where you can consult and download the load curves of the customers for whom i-DE is in charge of reading.

 

To request access to the SERAFIN server enabled exclusively for marketing companies, you can contact atr@i-de.es.

 

For any query related to remote meter readings or load curves, you can contact telemedida@i-de.es.

 

 

 

i-DE makes available to marketers the Customer Management application where you can manage requests, incorporate new RPS developments consult the CUPS, or the opening of files.

 

In addition, new functionality has been included, Marketer Area, where you can view information related to the remittances that have been issued, check balances, and access the notification mailbox where you can consult the communications that are issued by i-DE. The Management of Connection inquiries is an excellent tool for processing files at any time of the day and from anywhere.

 

Through it, it is possible to streamline the procedures of the connection files, consult the state in which they are, and have access to technical and administrative documentation of interest.

 You can enter our Customer Area and communicate any alleged fraud situation you have observed by going to ““Help and contact”” and clicking on “Report fraud”. 

 

 

 

 i-DE facilitates, through this website, the holders of electricity supply contracts in its distribution area, the possibility of directly providing the meter reading corresponding to the customer’s energy consumption.

 

For this, you only need to take note of what the meter indicates and enter that reading along with the requested data.
