Incident in the infrastructure of the i-DE network
Power outages can be due to incidents in the lines that carry electricity to our homes and businesses. When the incident is not located in your installation, but in our network, we proceed to locate it to restore the service as soon as possible.
Sometimes, our automatic systems act directly and the incident is resolved in a short time, but other times these systems are not enough and our technicians have to move to repair it.
Depending on the type of incident, we may take more or less time to resolve it; always trying to minimize the number of people affected and the duration of the incident. All this, guarantees the safety of everyone.
