At i-DE, you can manage the electricity connection requests for both consumption and production through our Private Area from “Gestión de Expedientes.” In addition to registering the access and connection requests to the grid you need, you can track them.Next, we explain everything you need to know to be able to manage your requests.

How to manage my requests?
The section (Connection Request Management) portal is currently integrated within the i-DE Private Area.
From the Private Area, if you are an i-DE customer or are authorized to manage contracts for a third party you will have access to more features in addition to managing your account. For example, you can consult consumption and power data in real-time, carry out procedures and stay informed about it, or download multi-contract data.
How do I create my Account with i-DE?
Creating an account is very simple, you will need:
