Why do I not have electricity in my area/neighborhood/house/business/street?
You don’t have electricity in your area because sometimes power outages are due to network issues. Find out in this video why you might not have power. Sometimes we can resolve it automatically in a short time, and in other cases, our technicians need to travel to repair it.

Why do I not have electricity?
You may have lost power due to internal issues with your electrical installation or external causes such as weather conditions, accidents, or scheduled work.
To determine the cause, first check if your neighbors are also affected by the outage. If it is a general problem, it is likely that the power distributor is working on it. If the outage is only in your home, it could be due to an excess of demanded power
Why do my neighbors have electricity and I don't?
Your neighbors have power, but you don’t, because it is most likely that your ICP has tripped due to detecting that you are consuming more power than you have contracted. This switch trips to protect you. If this happens, we explain here how to easily reset it and restore power.
